Our private studios each hold a Reformer machine, treadmill, TRX, weights, small pilates equipment and medicine balls to maximise the benefits of both HIIT and Pilates. Results include reduced body fat, reduced resting heart rate, improved physical and mental strength, better posture and increased flexibility. Sessions are tailored to your individual goals and personal stats.
Aside from being great fun, each session can burn
between 500 and 800 calories and is ideal for those wanting to see a marked improvement in their fitness.
