Episode 14: Karen O’Donoghue

Today’s guest is Karen O’Donoghue. She is one of the happiest, most positive women I know and the only one I know that talks about poo in every conversation with such enthusiasm.

Karen is the Founder of The Happy Tummy Company (www.thehappytummyco.com) and as a sufferer of IBS for so many years her aim is to get everyone pooing and improving their gut health.

The Happy Tummy Company is best known for it’s Fermented Wholegrain Chia Teff Loaf which is made by hand, made to order and made to help you poop.

She’s like a woman possessed and it is her contagious enthusiasm that makes everyone love her. One of the business skills I am trying to work on at the moment is backing myself. A year ago I talked at an event all about running a business and when discussing this skill I literally put a slide of Karens gorgeous face up. You cannot help but 100% buy into Karens brand and mission and she is such an inspiration. I hope you enjoy the podcast!
