Todays guest is Vanessa Ford, a physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, PT and one of my amazing instructors at PilatesPT.


Vanessa has been a physio for many years and her love of Pilates as a method of rehabilitation brought her to my door. Vanessa works as an occupational physiotherapist meaning she is hired by a company to look after their staffs physical wellbeing.


Her experience with those who suffer with chronic back pain led her to create her online physiotherapy offering The Back Plan with her business partner and fellow Physiotherapist Jenny Chancellor.
