Situated within the iconic Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, this is the second PilatesPT Studio. The studio, located within the luxury wellness and fitness suite will offer holistic and bespoke programmes in The Model Method, Reformer Pilates, and traditional personal training.
Clients will be able to train either on the gym floor or in the entirely private studio with either a PilatesPT Female Master Trainer or founder Hollie Grant. However, training will not be limited to hotel guests, sessions with PilatesPT will be available to all.
After an in-depth consultation all sessions will be entirely bespoke to you and will target the areas you wish to focus on in a gym space consisting of a Reformer machine, treadmill, TRX, weights and light equipment.
The Model Method Online plan and also Hollie's book 'The Model Method' will also be on sale at the studio.
The Model Method is an effective, results-led combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT), reformer Pilates, weight training and plyometrics.
Created by PT and Pilates expert Hollie Grant it has gained notoriety for it’s ‘strong-not-skinny’ basis and for guiding women to healthier, stronger, happier lives.
HIIT has been shown to be highly effective at lowering levels of body fat and reducing the risk of diabetes and heart disease.

The Reformer machine has been used for over 80 years by dancers and athletes to help create a strong, functional body.

She holds qualifications from APPI and Balanced Body in Matwork, Pre & Post Natal and reformer Pilates.
